I'm in the Aberdeen area this Monday 2nd.
Is anyone planning on bouldering at Portlethen in the evening?
Or will I be billy no mates? :cry:
If you are could I join in?
Oh yes new to bouldering so low level stuff for me but i'll spot for anyone.

try asking around on scottishclimbs.com,  a lot of climbers from aberdeen  area frequent that.  good easy problems are The Long Fall (5b) and the climb up the middle of the The Cube (5b).  both are quite similar, technical climbing up a slab with commiting finishes (especially without spotters)   also The Ramp is good at 5b. but bring yer mat.
