Nice one nibs, inspiration once again!

Well, despite the dense fog, conditions were excellent, but once again I did nothing much good today...

Why I won't be sending any on my ticklist soon:

Results of our storm 3 days ago. It'll be 2 weeks before things melt enough to get out.

But you get the White Christmas thing in good style.

This morning I spotted flowers in the garden, and found a live Red Admiral butterfly in my room, just like in summer...

What the hell is wrong with this world!?

Let me get this straight.  You've got four parrots in your garden and you're asking what's wrong with the world?  In my day we used to be over the moon if we got one macaw in the tree tops at Christmas time. I still remember Christmas Day 1997 when a breeding pair turned up.  Ooh, the excitement!

Is it rare for Fort Collins to get that much Blunk? I thought it missed most of the storms. Or should that be the other way round.

Yeah, usually we are out of the snow window and it melts quickly. This year it seems our luck is running the other way as we have another blizzard due to arrive tomorrow.

Damn the luck, I was just getting strong! Oh well, the pink route beckons...

Have tried this and struggle. TBH that was the first time I really put effort into going for the last hold. I'm gonna get back this week and try both ways again.

Positive mental attitude Nibile!!

Banana Direct. First time I tried it I was a million years off doing it, next time on it (About 2 years later to be fair) managed it and did Banana reverse. It is strange though, you can feel like there is no where you can go once you pull on. I ended up applying more grunt and finally hit the break.

whatever happens you are going to do it, you make it look piss. ive not been since before christmas and have only been twice, so ignore this if it is wrong, there is a hold with a spike sticking out of it, one of the upper holds on the inaudible vaudiville thing, stick your heel on that. and BAM job done!

Cheers dude.

I could give myself nightmares if I thought about how many times I have tried this problem. I know the hold on Inaudible you mean, and I have tried it that way. I guess it feels weird as I have been trying it the way in the video for so long! My mind only seems able to accept that I will do it without the heel.

Anyone else ever struggled with a scenario like this?

Use the obvious foothold on the first lip for your right foot and get a cheeky kneebar.  Depending on your height you can either reach with a small pop (I'm 5:10 ish) or if you are lank static.  After that there is a fat pebble to pull on and its pretty much over

Good luck!

Who hasn't? Getting all stuck in my head is what accounts for most of my "projects." Sometimes tossing the sequence out the door is the best thing in the world.

Golt, just saw your vid and no one in the world could possibly be closer to finishing that problem. You are fucking cruising the lower moves! Even the slightest change in foot position, body tension or slowing the move down will see it done.

Good effort and persistence! :great:
