There is a video of this on the Moon website and it looks wicked. Was just wondering if anyone new a rough grade and the beta for it? Never climbed at Eagle tor before but looked round it briefly, so hopefully get there in the Christmas holidays.

 7c+ if I remember right. It is up the left arete of the groove on the large central boulder/buttress with the capping roof, the next block east of Autumn/Heart arete boulder. There's also another good one not in the guide up the RH side of the Rolling Pat boulder, My Lemon 7c, given 7b+ by FA but Kim's a lanky undergrader, could be 7c+ for average stature.

i posted a similar thread last year, free flight is good but the landing is slopey so you go shooting off down the hill.
Spent the only few days I had on grit to do that thing next to rollin' pat to find out it wasnt a project anymore, I stayed away from the arete as it didnt seem to be close enough to reach ( ??? ). Probably 7C i guess.

The way i was trying that was BIG move up to high RH side-pull then LH slap to arete.Heels and beef then all the way. I felt desperate this way but kim lanked the start moves easily.

yeah the 1st reach was absoloutely full span and the last snatch was really violent when you miss because you go careering into the boulder behind you at some speed. Nice problem all the same.
