i occasionally post on there but its no use. i get annoyed to easily and the top 40 posting bollocks should be the name and shame column.  i only browse it now for the for sale/wanted and the training bit (not that its much use)
although id advise people look at the for sale etc you can get some bargains.
i asked one bloke for something and he sent it and didnt want any money for said item!
