Has anyone done Crouchathon v2 - opposite Harvey Oswald in the Pit at Milestone Butress?

Got completey :spank: spanked on it..... powergrunting, and swearing ensued, I tried to find my power animal but just couldn't.... maybe V2 is now my bogey grade in the Ogwen?

If it makes you feel any better I've not done this either, in fact, whenever I'm at the pit and remember about it I give it a whirl- and everytime I do it gives me another spankdown. Grrr.  :wall:
Oh and by the way, don't suppose you've tracked down JFK? Another favourite lost cause of mine at the Milestone.

Yeah, I've done it.  It felt really tough and awkward though.  Not the most aesthetic of problems...  or was that just my lack of style and finesse?

On the right hand end of that block (ie the right end of Crouchathon) there is a quite cool little sit down problem that climbs the face between two aretes.  A hard pull to start from under the steepness and then a couple of moves on nice edges to the top.  About V4 and well worth doing.  It feels slightly contrived at first look but isn't once you actually sitdown and begin to pull on.

What's the name of the line on the backside of Crouchathon that goes via a big flat pinch and one of best moves I've ever done ie the roll over to the jug above the pinch.  :please:

Dunno its name but it was reported on NWB and given V6.  It's easier than V6 though but still a wicked move as you say.  Shame it's over so soon eh?

You mean this:

Cool problem, but not 7a, probably more like 6b+. It hasn't got a name as far as I know. How about Swiss Roll?

It's okay Chris, you're forgiven for that.  I'm sure that means so much to you.   ::)
