Just a simple message to the talentless brushing monkey who has overbrushed the starting holds of SdG at running hill pits: just bloody well stop...you're an idiot. the force of your brushing has started to remove the glaze. you've also taken off some tiny flakes of rock exposing the softer rock beneath. if you want an easier route, go try 'passport to the pits', 'liquor, loose women and double cross' or 'yarn spinner'. better still, just go climb for the pleasure of it, rather than the kudos of 'getting up' SdG which is clearly beyond you. the route never gets dirty...it's a west facing piece of the best quality grit. you have no idea and no sensitivity. if you want to post your name on here and come clean that would be great. i've posted the same thing on rockfax.
cheers!
