It's much easier without that hideous pocket youth, just pull on the sidepulls and some nifty foortwork gets you to the now improved slot. (Slot 'improved' by Porky putting a wire in it and then falling on said wire causing it to pull out and remove the top lip of the slot, making it easier to hit)

Apparently I did Smoke Ont' Watter earlier this year, and am claiming a retro-flash as I can't remember anything from previous decades except it was fucking desperate, and lo and behold this time it was fucking desperate. Nearly fell off every move on the top crack. Like The Toy, it would be E3 6a in Wales and similar in the Lakes...

until this year it was "beaux mouvements sur fond bleu" in céuse, least if a route is more qualified as a nemesis when it's graded quite a lot lower than your personal best.

if i look at it in terms of failed attempts of a properly hard route, then it must be l'ami de tout le monde. But i prefer to consider it an ambitious project!
