Are you allowed to put a toe hook in behind the undercuts, or do you just go footless?

If you are reffering to the starting undercut then yah! Its feet anyhwere bar side wall.
You can get a good left toe jam next to your left hand when youve got edge with your right hand.

Awesome thanks for that, definitely worth the scramble up to the cave, great spot although the landing is getting a little bit dodgy through erosion

yeah word, you use feet in the undercut to match the roof hold.
