I'm not new to climbing (5b indors and 4c outdoors, not great I know) but I'm new to the delights of bouldering.

Today I bought my first crash pad and a couple of guide books.

I know bouldering can be done on your own,
but I was wondering if there is any one or group I could join up with next
Tuesday (20th) evening at Brimham,
as I'm working in the area that day.

I live in Sheffield and work in Leeds fella otherwise I would be there!

If none of this crowd are out then most climbers are pretty safe people and will be receptive to joining you at el Brimham.

Eee! when I were a lad I used to just turn up at t'crag and go and find anyone who looked familiar and get them to belay/spot me, or just keep an eye out for a handy bush or tree to jump into.

Yeah, I'd love to be at Brimham on a Tuesday but will more likely be sat under striplights tapping away as per usual  :cry:

Thanks for the advise.
I'll ask anyone when I get there, but it would be nice to know someone as I'm from out of the area.
I was born in Leeds, if that helps.
