Not so dismayed by his training diary now; having once thought it was in preperation for a trip "just to warm up for the season ahead." :shock:

The training schedule was a bit eye-opening to say the least - eye watering maybe! But that's the results it gets you, good effort. Good name too.

The new Ben Moon innit, training like a bastard, going over to Europe, ticking the classics, adding hard routes at "ungenerous" grades... :wink:
