I have a room to rent as of now, in Highfield, Sheffield (next to Brammal Lane football ground). rent is £250 pcm which includes gas / electricity / water / council tax, but not phone.

It would be good to get someone who is a climber, but that's not essential. There's a decent board in the cellar, a campus board in the garden, and it's walking distance from the edge climbing wall and Heeley boulder.
It would best suit someone who likes loud music and is into clubbing too.

What do you mean by "sounds too young"? Do you really mean "if youve lost your sense of fun"?. Ive met people out clubbing who are in their 60s. In fact my dad comes out regularly, even to all night outdoor parties. How old are you? Im 35.

It's a little premature but come september I'll be needing a room somewhere. I'm first year at Sheffield uni (will be 2nd year by then) but would much rather live with climbers than students. Your house sounds cool, if i didn't have a contract here i'd be in there now. I want a campus board in the garden! Let me know if you can think of anyone who might need someone in september.
