Dave Birkett, without a doubt Britains most laid back trad climber, will pay a visit to the Lescar in Sheffield on Feb 13th. There and Back Again is a dry and witty illustrated lecture on his exploits and new routes in the Lake District and second home South Africa.
Adrian Berry will give a short talk about his 2003 Froggatt test pieces Soul Doubt and Blind Vision, using previously unseen video footage of the ascents courtesy of Mark Turnbull.
Also featuring will be a collection of photos by Ian Parnell, and a showing of the short Kendal Film Festival video Bonfire Of The Vanities.
