Soft Touch Font 8a's

Rupert and my good self are joining the masses heading out to Font in a couple of weeks, and as usual I'm letting ego and delusions of adequacy get in the way of reality.

What I'd like is some quality font 8a's to tick, which aren't hard for the short, aren't hard for the technically impaired, and which aren't hard at all, really.

Potential candidates are Fatty Morgan, or something like that, and Beaux Qaurtiers. Anyone got any more? As a weak incentive of sorts, I'll buy you a pint if I tick your suggestion...

And doesn anyone have info on this place: it's Pagota, at Roche qui Tourne.

The one thing I did do on my rained off four days in font was all the moves on Sherpa -on Le Grand Toit at Elephant East. Gets 8a in the book but it felt hard 7cish to me, it's good (if you like beefy sequency roofs, it gets 4 stars on the Bleau site), it's not reachy and it stays dry in the rain.
I'll have a pint of Pale Rider cheers.

im not sure font is the best place to look for soft grades...
to be honest, if you want that you should go to magic wood...
grades are crazy there.
some highly overgraded, some highly undergraded.
you just have to pick the right one...

G-unit did Beaux Quartiers in a morning, leaving us free to go somewhere good for the rest of the day... like you he is short and has strong fingers. Plus its likely to remain 8a as the toe-hooks ain't so good for the non-stump.

The pink font guide has a crack to the right of jacadi at canche aux merciers as 8a, sadly in reality it is 7a+ typo. But it is a 8a guidebook tick if you're truly desperate (just don't expect anyone to be that impressed)

Just back today. Awesome team success, despite the fact that the forest was damper than a whore's knickers. Managed to find, sponge dry and climb 3 soft touch 8as in 3 days. Sherpa was just as Jonboy said - ridiculously easy for the grade, but awesome chunky roof climbing with toe hooks galore. Others were Beaux Quartiers and Sitter to Sale Gosse.  Cheers to all for their advice.

Ru also ticked Beaux Quartiers in fine style. Huffy was unlucky - was brutally strong on everything until codfinger stopped play. Charlie was officially heralded as wad of the trip for boosting his grade from 7a to 7b+. Also for coining a new power scream whilst crushing the centaur beneath his awesome frame. Huuuup!!.

for those that weren't present, this was the mighty Gibo power roar before an almighty slap to the pocket on centaur!
