New V13+ at Caley
April 14, 2003, 02:28:53 am
Spotted this over at Cocktalk (can't get onto smartboys...  to check out their story for some reason, looks like work have firewalled anything related to supanames as i can no longer access my own site whilst in the office either!):

From S.Crowe at Smartboys....

Last great problem at Caley falls. Steve Dunning has climbed the arête to the right of The Great Flake on The Roadside Boulders at Caley. High Fidelity (V13+) involves Font 8b climbing.

On a top rope it would warrant at least French F8c.

Steve had this to say about his new route "Its harder than Cypher (at Slipstones, which Steve made the second ascent of this winter) and involves hard moves too high to take a fall. I thought it was harder than V13."

Does that make this the hardest (physically) route on grit then?
