Monolith, I wouldn't bother unless you like pain, you need it on very high. I think they're good for endurance and possibly active rest but I think most (like mine) will end up neglected.

I still don't think they're of much use for the forearms, and to use them at the correct intensity you'd better have a high pain threshold.
