It's been available from Decathlon in the UK for years now. There was an appeal made to them a few years back to stop stocking it. Clearly to no avail.

I have harvested a crop of resin from the tree int dale, but can't decide to mix it with wine or chalk.

As I have said on the RT thread, I think this is an issue for the BMC to take up with Decathlon.

Mix it with Landlord and see what happens.

Who knows with enough alchemical experimentation you could come up with some caustic cleaning agent that would go well with the wire brush...
