i was speaking to the locals and they said it was fine to go there. How does it take so long to by a piece of land? and anyway, i donated so i should get preferential treatment.

Understand that it takes it a long time, or understand why it takes so long to buy a house?
It's taking a long time due to some debate about some land, something like the land under the road, or access path to the rocks. So I've heard.
