Ive just moved up to Sheffield (for uni :roll: ) so im living in the Broomhill area.

Ive been to tha matrix and it was pretty good and cheap but I want to get to the Edge and the Foundry to train and meet new climbers.

I presume it will take a good 30/45 mins to walk to either of these, so is getting the bus a good option? If so what numbers, where from, where to etc.?
Also are there any days that are better/worse to go to these walls (any really busy days that should be avoided etc.).

you can walk to edge from broomhill in half an hour probably. think the 51 goes out near the edge once its gone through town. check the route on here:

or you could get bus to uni and then walk downhill roud ring road to edge.

getting to foundry don't know if theres any bus combo. again you could get 51 then walk down past west bar, on corporation street that way
