On the Low Press problems do you use the right hand hold on the stand up, or just reach through to the crimp with left on the gaston?

reach through with left on gaston (most use the bottom of the hold, as apposed to stand up where most use top)

I think its desparate with the lower bit of the left hand gaston! I use the top.

I have only done the kneeling start, but you do still have to do the move up to the lh gaston to get going....

Basically its a big gay wimp out of doing the hard moves to get into the rail. There is no point in it and I would chastise anyone who was so bold as to claim it as a problem in its own right as a big hairy homo.

I suppose you could argue its training for the full sitter.
