It does, i tested scientifically last night. i finally did a V3 6a after feeling strong (after a week's break due to weather and alcohol)

No it doesn't, it makes your nose bleed and its bad for you.

You need to chill out before climbing and "feel the moves dood"

Don't get me wrong, a bit of agro is fine when you're climbing, but in my experience, a chilled out,
beats orientated, meditational, approach is favoured for preparation.

Totally agree (apart from the beats, worried that might involve a bit too much stress. I'd go for acoustic folk myself.) Where's the fun in getting pissed off with everything? At the end of the day, you aint gonna win if you get in a punch up with a boulder.  :roll:
