It was lovely there on Sunday night and early Monday morning.

Often last autumn, on a Sunday morning, there was all sorts of garbage left but yesterday when I was resting I had a good hunt for rubbish - nada. Two very small pieces of electrical tape, probably off a quick draw or two. No finger tape, biscuit wrappers, fag ends or chewing gum.
It was my first visit this year and it was heartwarming to see.

Well done everyone 🙂

Hopefully heading up to the Peak this weekend and might have time to visit Rubicon Friday pm. Is it likely to be dry? Thinking Kudos wall and maybe Rubicon / Zeitgeist too. Sounds like it’s going to be dry between now and then, but unsure about seepage.

yes, kudos wall is dry. everything under the roof looks dry from a distance but isn't. (The traverses etc). Caviar is wet, but the routes between that and Kudos are all dry. Hope that helps.

Anyone been to Rubicon in the last day of two? Thinking of heading there this evening but hoping it's not flooded or a quagmire under the traverses.

Was all fine at the weekend, and I’d be shocked if it wasn’t today

Was there yesterday. Bit damper than at the weekend, but all climbable. Had a plastic sheet out under the left hand end (Debris Groove) to keep the mat clean. Right hand side (Porthole Traverse) was dry next to the wall but muddy about a metre or two out - just enough space to fit your pads in.
