I left my Olympus digi camera in a small black case at the base of the crag on Tues nite between Barracuda and Caviar if anybody finds it. It might still be there as I think it got kicked into the undergrowth in the dusk. If you find it please drop me a line!

Didn’t see it there Ted last night. Zippy and Kristian were at that bit of the crag earlier than us so might have picked it up if it was still there.

Pretty good nick last night.

Out of interest, was it flooded under Hot Fun?

I haven't seen, but judging by the water down Cheedale I doubt it will be wet under Hot Fun None of the previous floodings have affect this bit, but you might have to get wet feet reaching the bottom of the route.
Assuming no more heavy rain the flood will be down by tommorow

This is your bible for judging how it's going to be on Peak Limestone - http://www.buxtonweather.fsnet.co.uk/
It's saying 4mm since midnight and it looks like it's raining at the moment, but going on the metoffice rainfall radar ( http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/em/em_latest_radar.html ) it doesn't look like there is much in the pipeline. Unfortunately as FD says the dreaded misty-drizzle has settled, so it's all likely to be gopping.

It's absolutely wazzing it down today in the Chinley/Chapel/Buxton area and it rained on and off last night.  Went for a run over Eccles Pike last night and it was very wet underfoot  >:(

The water level was pretty high, with the approach, the warm up travs, all of the crag between the Dragonflight wall and Pirahna being flooded, even a little pool under Kudos SS. The rock was in pretty good nick mind, just rather hard to access. My wellies have been coming in pretty useful in the last couple of weeks!

Sorry to report that it was. The only decent thing about it was watching the punters struggle on the stepping stones underneath. One lady fell/stumbled into that particular puddle if it helps?

any chance I might be able to get on Kudos wall to day to try the right hand of a bigger splash direct or will it still be too wet?
