8a.nu are reporting Catherine's notable ascent of 'Les Beaux Quartiers' in Font.

I'm a little puzzled by the grade, which is given as 8a/a+ (maybe this is V11+  :wink: ) but anyway this is a superb effort, and the only other woman to boulder to the same standard is Yvonne Niederberger of Switzerland, though Lisa Rands (and probably others too) has climbed V11.

Is there really such a grade as 8a/a+ ?

Probably just means grade is undecided, like 8a+ for runtz and bitchez, 8a for average stature or summert like that.

8a.nu are now reporting that after Lisa Rands did two V12 problems last week, there are now four women who've bouldered to this grade, which makes this original news item a bit incorrect.

So, we've got Catherine Miguel and Lisa Rands - who are the other two?
