Most underated Bands/ Artists

Come on it was inevitable to have a sister thread, lets get the ball rolling

Primus- Brown album rocks , they really know the true value of a good base line.

Ian Brown- some may not but I like him and think some of his stuff has been quite original especialy fear and whispers.

Death in vegas- they have some good tunes out there, and even managed to make liam gallagher sound good on one of their tracks.

Yeah but Sailing the Seas of Cheese and, I think it was Pork Soda were way better.

As for under-rated bands I don't know, everything seems so mainstream these days.

Iron Monkey, back in the day were a great band.
So I'm gonna nominate Iron Monkey - Our Problem as my most under-rated album.

Ian Brown occasionally produces a good tune, but very patchy albums.

Dense, you know you are on thin ice. Watch your language.

Underrated bands are too many and too unknown to go into here. If they're truly underrated, they never got a record deal and that's that. The only unsigned act whose tape has lasted in my car for more than five years is Johnny Dangerously, though he now has a band, a record deal and isn't as good anymore...

Christ on a bike!!! I'd forgotten how much I detest the Levellers until I read that. I'd rather drink a pint of warm piss than listen to that evil trustafarian-inspiring dirge.

And None Of Them Knew They Were Robots - quality emo/emocore/hardcore/whatever band out of Leeds. Had a massive following locally and i thought they compared to any of the stuff coming over from America, but had their own distinctive sound. Unfortunately the bassist cut his hand and severed all the ligaments last year, so they are no more. Check their stuff out if you get the chance and are into that sort of thing.

Biffy Clyro. Alright, they've got a record deal and have a couple of albums out, but they're doing it for me at the moment!

You may have once robbed a pint off the levellers, but free beer does not a good band make.

As for Aslan F**K was it you or Fat Mac who tried to play them in my car?
never again.

How About: Nick Drake, The Ordinary Boys and The Fountains of Wayne (not Stacy's Mom) listen to Radiation Vibe  :8)
