Wharncliffe anyone?
October 11, 2002, 05:17:20 am
Ive been out of UK for almost a year now. Just wondered if anyone (other than davep and fiend) has been up and had a play on our new stuff at wharncliffe? Have any of the harder probs seen any repeats? Is the grading wayout or ok? Am looking looking forward to getting on a couple of projects there myself on return in Jan.

Hi Jon,
Not been up there again this year, but getting psyched for it - see discussion on the "getting back into bouldering" thread.
Do you know the whereabouts of the mystical offwidth that nobody can do?
How's the rest of your Oz trip gone?

I believe the offwidth is on the LH face (looking uphill) of a large boulder not far below crag around Bellvue buttress. The landing looked a bit sketchy mind.
