Hamstring

Ok, think the answer to this is gonna be yes...

got pain down the back of my leg, mainly behind the knee, also extending into the calf. Worst when doing 'climbing stairs' type movement.

Think I did it after doing "foot on handhold" move at Foundry last week, haven't made it any better by playing squash/doing kickboxing also.

Anyone else had this? Should I just rest?

when did the pain start?
Does it affect both sides?
is it worse on coughing bending?
presumably its not affected your bowels or your bladder or you wouldn't be posting on here?
don't just go to bed, keep relatively active, i wouldn't go mad with the stretching if you don't do it much. you want to mobilise your joints/back but i can't imagine squash or kick boxing would be particularly sensible. take some painkillers, ibuprofen.
