I've loaded some more images of Badger Cave on the NWB site.

Other N Wales news is that Ru and Stu both repeated the sds to the Caseg Groove last weekend (4th and 5th ascent I think?), and Jon Ratcliffe has climbed a "stunning highball V6 arete" at Talfarach (the headland between Porth Ysgo and Hell's Mouth) - more details of this soon.

A bit of lateral thinking is all it takes sometimes. The bizarre thing is that you can't actually see the cave from the road, even though it is only 50 metres up the slope. I just noticed the small stepped roof to its left and made a beeline for that. I still reckon there is more to be found on the Ormes, particularly close to the tops of the main crags above the Marine Drive.

I've been looking at this website which features Badger Cave amongst a range of other interesting (not from a climbing point of view though) holes in the ground:

Also, loaded some pictures of Katz' low sds extension to Mutant Child at Porth Ysgo:

Also added a picture from the Great Orme Exploration Society website showing the location of the rather wonderful Badger Cave.
