As they no longer seem to give them out. I will describe my support pouch. If you are squeamish look away now.
So imagine a bag that has a strap/belt to go round your waist. You place your testicles in said bag( I think I had my fitted by the surgeon or his wife) tighten the strap and away you go . Obviously something hangs out the front but I didn’t think it was a bad look.
In fact I wore mine for years afterwards.😱
