Firstly, best be aware of this..

Are you with family? Or just mates?
We were just with family, so didn't do anything too wild.
Camped in Saint Martin en Vecors. Quiet.
Did a via ferrata here..
https://goo.gl/maps/DQ2kbUp9xwkixqzr7 with my lad who was about 10 or 11 at the time, so pretty tame, but I think there was a harder version we could have done. Was pretty cool though.
One day, we got the chair lift up to here..
https://goo.gl/maps/4s31DRhsk58iKeYSAthen walked up to the lake here,
https://goo.gl/maps/1CnqQpvS8AM878Qr9Wife and youngest chilled by the lake whilst I and eldest (10 or 11) hiked up to the summit of the Moucherolle. Quite spicy on top, but stunning views off the back.
The Gorge down Les Grande Goulet is pretty spectacular. Nearly crashed the car umpteen times gawping out the window
https://goo.gl/maps/VJwfN6W2EUKwtcUH6And finally , if you find yourself in Grenoble, the Via Ferrata des falaises Vicat is a must
https://goo.gl/maps/CHXy26EsxKaLYzFU6From the city center, right up to the bastille above, finishes by climbing over the castle walls. then you just get the cable car back down into town.
Sorry can't be of more assistance on the sport climbing front.
I must get back some time.
