Pretty sure it's not been done. I remember looking at the pockets and wondering if the wall would go.How hard is it?

Yeah, can't get the thing on so jus follow link...

anyways, its a pretty meaty move above that boulder. He says dynos are hard to grade but compared to other grit dynos it might get 7B+. Good problem.

Niice, big move. You seem to be having the same problems with the image linking thing as me at the mo, unless it's my computer that's playing up.

Nice one. Have looked at it before as a potential dyno but scared off by the nasty rock beneath!    good effort.

Pretty sure it's not been done before - good eff, that landing is a bit off-putting.

I need a name, a grade (7b+?) and a first ascentionist, please!

yeah i spied that dyno a while back and thought would go in the 7b+ area, never tried it though, mainly cos of the rock at the start and the fact there are no footholds. seem to remember one of the starting pockets is amazingly deep, and the other is strangley pollished inside!

good effort whoever it was.

does the question imply that some hero has topped it out now? did the pocket have mud in the back?

#19 new problem?

ThRobins did indeed top out on Ben's Wall, although this is the same finish as John Allens old route - This starts up the arete to the left of Ben's wall to gain the pocket then rambles up the wall (and doesn't seem to be much easier, or indeed too far away from the left hand version of Ben's wall!). Patta did another route (called A Ramp in the Woods) which finishes up the wall and features just right of Great White, so I guess you could do Great White and then finish up this. However, the underlying point here is 'Why would you to?' It ain't really bouldering up there now is it!

Well done on the new problem though - with a class name!

Umm it's more just going up for the pocket with your other hand - ie left in the undercut pocket, right to big hole. I think.
