Just got a phone call from Fatdoc (he's the rider) to say that this pic is a finalist (of 50) in the Howies / Dirt Mag photo competition

There's a thumbnail of it at the back of the latest Howies catalogue.

Considering the standard of the other entries I'm well chuffed.

Just been digging around in some draws at home and found these puppies






Firsts ones me with Jon Retti at castle inn quarry
Seconds pretty obvious, hot fun closing in a old skool style
Third is from the left, elbow of Nic Kidd, Ian Vincent, the esteemed bubbs and myself. This is 7am at the legendary edgedale road house party, we were winding it up to go home and loads of people descended from the clubs and pleaded with us to carry on.As you can see were rather refreshed and full of beans ;)be around '96

in that bottom picture it looks like buub's has just tweaked ya bum, and you've gone all coy! as for the ameericans, glad they're letting the baby take the brunt and are all fleeing for their corpulent selves...

 Me and Andy Crome met/did a spot of bouldering with you on occasion. Vaguely recall sharing a spliff or two at the Plantation many moons ago. I had long hair and dodgy round glasses back then.
