According to the news and the surf forecasts, its been hitting 8 metres off shore. It was breaking much bigger on some of the other beaches - they were even doing jet ski tow ins

I had that out about 6 years ago now I think. At least mountains generally have a plentyful supply of air. There were two dudes MIA at nightfall tonight. When I walked home there were 2 helicopters and a boat searching - hopefully theyll turn up ok

I get a lot more scared in the sea than when out climbing, things can go wrong a lot quicker. Got a bit of a pounding at Aberdeen last night, some new sandbanks have made for some nasty dumpy waves.

And I think she is more fickle than ficcal.
