What's occurring with Blackwell halt access? - pretty unfriendly signage and barbed wire - found a UKC thread but it was a year  old. Any ongoing talk?

Is there an alternative approach to the steps? (which now have a sign saying unsafe)

I believe the owner officially doesn't allow access, but unofficially is fine with it
