Interesting. Wonder what is defined as "early". I've had nodules for years, but they haven't really developed.

Seems.. 'The ideal treatment would be effective during the early nodular stages of the disease to prevent the development of cords and progression to finger contractures'
It's a anti-TNF drug, and 3 x a year would not cause many side effects, most patients on it for Rheumatoid etc are 2/4 weekly

I've got a load of (out of date/fridge) adalimumab under my bed. Sounds interesting though!
