My computer keeps randomly turning itself off then on again, the microsoft online analysis thingy says there's a problem with one of my drivers but doesn't know which one! Is there any way i can find out which one it is? If you are able to help please bare in mind i'm not very computer literate!

If you are running  windows XP go to start > then right click my computer > click properities > go to hardware tab > then click device manager. You should then see all the devices that are connected to the computer. The device with the  :?:  is the one causing the problem.
