W - my wife gave birth to our daughter via c-section. She's perfect!

Congrats Bradders, great news! Impressed you managed to still get some training in too.

Congratulations mate, I'm glad all went well with the birth.

Also, max hangs on week 1 - beast mode!

Has the announcements page died, and arrivals are merely a line on a training page?

Congratulations regardless, enjoy the ride!

Covid is still out there btw..

I've had a really rotten cold for 3 weeks now - lots of negative tests including a proper PCR.
Feeling a little brighter and tested positive this morning.

Guess I'm saying don't all just assume you've got a normal cold.

Sorry to hear that Sam.
Day 7 for me and still feeling rubbish. Done the home test and also had PCR - both negative.
Can’t help wondering whether your positive test was either a false positive or you’ve picked up COVID at the tail end of your cold.

Congrats Bradders....

M-S Nowt but a bit of stretching, a few pullups and some shoulder stuff... Resting and growing skin for Kalymnos innit...

Tuesday update: In Kalymnos but climbed nowt yet as got here late yesterday, had to do some work early today and there are no scooters available anywhere... It's like being in some kind of nightmare!! Hoping it'll be cool enough to go to a sunny crag this evening but not a great start!!

I think I've had cold on top of cold and now for about 3/4 weeks and now Covid on top of cold.

two latteral flows and a PCR, all pos, so fairly confident in the result!.

Kids are full of cold and also testing negative but can't help think its only a matter of time before they test pos too.

Congratulations Bradders!

I grew up just minutes from Ladye Bay in Clevedon and spent much of my childhood "coasteering" along the rocky foreshore heading northwards (and pretending I was climbing once I'd started climbing) but don't remember ever seeing this quite impressive wave. I think I must have always stopped just short of it.

I explored the tip of Brean Down in the 1970s, dismissing an area that subsequently produced 130 routes. Martin Crocker describes a similar reappraisal of the Clevedon coastline in his guide. Or perhaps a large storm uncovered Culver Cove in the early 2000s!
