I've got one of these now and they are amazing. The best 40 quid I've spent in a while. Wasted on 36C as he never even does enough moves to get pumped, it'll get used once a year at best.

I really really rate the theragun for fixing elbows. And everything else for that matter. Like a sports massage after every climbing session.
