If you can't find one for sale anywhere then l would recommend a small roll top waterproof stuff sack as a replacement: that is what I use for my spare chalk.
You don't get a nifty little side pocket, but they are tough, chalk proof, cheap and available from all good outdoor shops (or even the likes of Cotswolds or Go Outdoors)
