Just want to highlight top service from Black Diamond.  I received 3 cams in the post today, good as new. New trigger wires and tape slings replaced, no charge. They paid for the postage from US to UK, my only cost was sending them over to Utah back in January.

A good time to get it done! I sent mine off at the end of January. Great that they'll do this for free, has saved me a tidy packet in replacements.

As long as they're BD cams I think you're fine. One of mine was the late 90s Camalot, pre thumb trigger, so they're not concerned about age. Mine were in reasonable condition overall, but they've all had 10 years of use.

You need to send Black Diamond cams, obvs, but otherwise I think they just have to be serviceable.

PM me and I'll give you the email of the guy in Utah you should speak to, he'll give you a job number for them. The only cost is p+p to the US, cost me about £20 with fedex.
