Does anyone in the S7 area have a couple of old bolt hangers lying around? looking to use them for a pulley.

Cheers,

Guy.

Guy - I've found cheap hooks from a hardware store work surprisingly well for the <30kg loads I'm putting through them. They look like they bend a bit but nothing bad has happened.... yet...
(depends what you're putting them in though - and assuming its for a home training rig, not hoisting an engine out :D )

Have you tried KC on the FB group? I'm sure he'll have some worn out ones kicking around.

1inch eye screws would probably do the trick. I hung each 8x4 sheet of my board off one on each side without a problem and that board was used by some fairly big folk at the time.
