Cool, let me know. You can add duct tape if you want, although it's not essential. Depends how much pain tolerance for ripping it off you can take as it's mean to be worn wearing shorts!

On the duct tape issue, I've had one since Dark Ventures started stocking them. In that time, I have only had to resort to duct tape once. That was for a very precise knee on a route where you have already done another knee bar and lots of other moves before the crucial one.

On everything else, I have found it stays in place fine on its own if it fits you well.
