hiya, does anyone know of any good workout app (or online trainers, idk) that plans for bouldering/climbing? aside from bouldering, I just try to variate on dips, abs, squats and rare pullups haha, but it would be good to have an app that tracks the progress and suggests changes and variations... I'm terrible at being autonomous, I need someone bossing around to keep the discipline. I thought of joining a regular gym as well, but it's a horrible place to be haha, so it would be great to workout from home. I appreciate your insights on training programs in general as well! cheers,

Crimpd app from lattice has conditioning exercises for climbing.

Also if you pay them they will give you a training plan specific to you.
