I'm heading to Langdale in the Lakes this weekend with family. Hoping to get out for a morning bouldering somewhere but have a tweaky finger (LH index). Does anyone know any problems in the area which are draggable/pinchy for the left hand?

Cheers!

Depends a bit on what grade spread you're after?
Generally I'd say for max dragginess avoid Kentmere and the South Lakes lime, Carrock Fell and Eskdale granite are good for minimal crimp requirements. I did everything at the Miterdale forest boulders with a ruptured LH finger pulley (taped up). Good and shady there in summer too, about 45 mins from Langdale though, plus 20 min walk in. There is a few bits on the Langdale Boulders that might suit - Stefan Grossman (stand-up) springs to mind.
