Currently updating my nutritional knowledge as part of my CPD program (because I’m also into a serious weight loss phase myself).
I’ve mentioned before, on here, that I’m a also a Mixed Gas diver, and even though I don’t do it commercially anymore, I keep up my CPD in that field too. This cropped up in that process:

Endothelial cells, as well as participating in gas exchange in the body, are critical in transporting byproducts out of the circulatory system. I would posit, that a similar effect or increase in  removal of exercise byproduct and increased recovery time should follow from similar chocolate consumption?
