How are the Unparallel shoes, better for the same thing?

What are people's thoughts on 5.10 Freeriders, has the build qulity gone the same direction as the climbing shoes since Adidas stepped in?

One thing to be aware of is they size up small. I usually take size 9 in trainer type shoes and found that these are at least half a size too small.
