I took my excellent new North Wales bouldering guide out for a spin yesterday and went to find Roof of a Baby Buddha. Just to point out that the approach description for the turnoff has a small error.

It says "Follow the forestry track....which is the first turning on the left 700m after the Swallow Falls Hotel (if coming from Betws y Coed..."

It should say "Follow the forestry track....which is the first turning on the right 700m after the Swallow Falls Hotel (if coming from Capel Curig..."

Then the description for coming from Capel Curig needs to be changed to:

"If coming from Betws y Coed the turn in is 1.5km from the Ty Hyll river bridge..."

I did find the problem but just to be aware of this if anybody is going to this bloc for the first time.

Superb guide, really enjoyed using it!

Did you manage to do it Ted? I went a couple of weeks ago but it was completely condensed out.

No it was damp so had to bail to the cave, good to have a recce mission though. Keen for a rematch soon!
