Hi folks.

Haven't seen this posted, and hope it's OK to pass on the info.

For anyone wondering what to integrate with their Ancap fingerboard sessions, you could try a bit of .22 rifle practice - perhaps a bit like a certain Mr. Dave Binney, who is out in OZ, competing in the Commonwealth Games:
