STG - Slim down / improve flexibility / sort out training:recovery balance / get down to Dorset for some trad and sport
MTG - 7A / 7b+ / E3+
LTG - tbc

Mon-Wed - Tied up with work
Thursday - Wall - with old climbing chum, so not terribly focused. Nearly did the 7a circuit though, which I wasn’t expecting (considering current porkiness)
Friday - 6.5 mile trail run - feeling a bit more comfortable. Stretching,
Saturday - Wall - mixture of 45 board and circuit board, plus some fun problems. Wrists feeling quite strained. Hour+ stretching in the evening.
Sunday - Some kettlebell stuff - swings and presses, but wrists still feeling sore. Another long stretching session - good progress.

Weight - 101.0 - 100.1kg

Back in...

M - Wave. Good sess, bouldering with Ben T. Did orange/black spots, purple/black spots, black and trying white/black spots.
T - Furnace board. Focussing on pinches and undercuts. Finished with 10 x pull ups on bar. Felt reasonably strong.
W - Autobelays - 8 x routes up to 6c+.
T - PM Garage board. 45 mins. Felt tired and heavy, not surprisingly.
F -
S - Garage board. 45 mins in the morning. Felt reasonably good and repeated the classic hard problem for the first time since before Xmas.
S -

Got some psyche back.
