It arose when quoting someone else and attempting to include a URL within the markup.  Tried again and it worked fine.

have seen this a lot, always after loading the reply page.

I'd have to guess it was some sort of rate limiting/ddos prevention configured by apache.
Replying to a topic loads loads of emojis generating xxx requests, which might be interpreted as a dos attack.

I am getting this consistently when trying to log in on chrome, on my work computer.
I seem to be able to view any page not logged in and have just logged in on  :sick: IE to post this question?

Working fine for me at work (Chrome) - is this a work network thing?
