Training at work?
February 10, 2017, 08:12:49 pm
I work in a climbing gym and on the days I'm working I only have a limited time before and after that I can train in due to school. I have an hour and twenty minutes roughly before and an hour after. I am wondering what is worth my while doing in this time. So far I've been doing the moon campus workout and working on projects on the 45° board. Is this the best use of my time, does anyone have anything else that would be better. I have been climbing for 9 years now and have climbed an 8A boulder for reference. On training days that I am not working on I do the 8A+ (not finishing the one arm slopers or 3 fingers one arm yet) BM2k workout , one arm pull up variations and core. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Please tell me that you're not really complaining about working in a climbing gym and only having two hours and twenty minutes to train on your busy days. Please.
